Got an earlier start today, had 92 miles of great Montana country roads .  Hwy 200s and 13. We had our first animal encounter today with  a bull who wandered out of the fence and almost onto the road . Tom went around him and I had to yell at him to get him back off the road,  and imagine that, it worked. But the 92 miles whizzed by like nothing without the wind beating on us.  Stopped by in Hinsdale Montana but we missed the parade and the ping pong balls being dropped out of the airplane with prizes inside. Could have caught the Bar B Que but didn't want to wait around, so we just saddled up and rode thru Malta onto Havre . Where we got a hotel , washed the bikes and got a little R&R .  The hotel had a little party for the guests so we ended up getting our Bar B Que after all.  The fireworks are supposed to be right down the street so the bikes are put away for the night. We put on 333 miles for the day, so it wasn't a bad days ride. Should only have about 173 miles to the East entrance of  Glacier National Park, so it should be a delightful ride tomorrow  if the weather holds out.  And then the real fun begins, mountain riding I can't wait!
